We offer 50 day trial period and you're free to return the sofa at any point during those 50 days if the feel is not what you're looking for. If you're in Vancouver, we'll come pick up the sofa, if not, we'll provide a pre-paid shipping label.

Yes, you can return your non-damaged sofa within 50 days at no cost. We will come pick up the sofa if you're in Vancouver, and send you a pre-paid shipping label if not.

We limit our packaging as much as possible and will take everything back with us after dropping the sofa off

Yes, we offer white glove delivery as a free standard and will setup the sofa in any room you like

Each seat is 30 inches high and designed to fit through even narrow doorways and hallways.

Up to you, we can drop the sofa off while you're away but will not be able to put the sofa in your home or take back the packaging

You should not need to reserve your elevator, each sofa seat will comfortably fit in any elevator.

We recommend vacuuming it once/month and spot cleaning as necessary with the method outlined below

Most stains will come off by blotting them with a damp paper towel.

However, if a stain is troublesome, we recommend:

• Prepare a cleaning solution of 1/4 tsp mild dishwashing liquid per 1 cup of lukewarm water
• Work the solution into the affected area by lightly scrubbing the area with a sponge or soft bristle brush. Make sure to work from the outside of the stain inward so as not to spread the stain and rinse your sponge or brush frequently.
• Allow cleaning solution to soak into the fabric.
• Rinse and dry thoroughly to remove all soap residues, as residues will attract dirt.
• Allow fabric to air dry

From a durability perspective, we use a fabric with a Martindale rub count of 50k, which offers strong protection against wear and tear. The fabric is also stain resistant and can be machine washed.

Yes, our fabric is machine washable: wash cold with mild liquid enzyme detergent, like Tide or Cheer, and tumble dry at a low temperature.

No, we use solid memory and latex foam that will not migrate over time, therefore, there is no need to fluff the sofa.
