Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and unaltered.
  • Free from any damage.
  • In the original packaging.

Free Return Shipping

We make returns easy. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

To help cover the costs of processing and inspecting returned items, a flat $75 restocking fee applies to all standard returns. This fee will be deducted directly from your total refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-built items (including products built to custom dimensions or with specific modifications), unless a manufacturing defect is present.
  • Items that have been damaged, modified, or altered by the customer.
  • Items not in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@ombahome.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If you are reporting a manufacturing defect on a custom item, please include clear photos of the issue.
  2. Receive Label: We will review your request and send you a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Ship It Back: Print the label, attach it to the original packaging, and drop the package off at the designated carrier location.
  4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund (minus the $75 restocking fee) will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days.
