Note: the price will not be higher for custom work that uses our preset dimensions for cubes but will be slightly higher for custom dimensions.
When will the bookshelf arrive?
We build all of our bookshelves by hand and deliver custom ones in 6 - 8 weeks, though simple ones typically take 4 - 6 weeks.

What type of assembly is required?
The bookshelf is constructed via hidden mortise and tenon joints then reinforced with wood glue. This results in a very strong construction with no visible fasteners.
We provide everything you need to assemble the bookshelf and it should take one person 10 - 20 minutes depending on the size of the bookshelf.
Can I design an entirely custom bookcase?
You can design your own configuration and set your own dimensions. However, we are not currently offering entirely bespoke designs.
What type of wood is used?
All of our furniture is built with North American hardwoods. We do not use MDF, plywood or otherwise veneered wood.
We offer red oak, white oak and walnut as a standard but are happy to work with other woods as necessary.
Can I add drawers and doors to my bookshelf?
It will depend on your design and your location, please message us if you would like to add drawers or doors to your custom bookshelf.
We do however offer custom built wood storage boxes for all designs and locations.
