Shipping policy

Free shipping

We offer free shipping to every address in Canada and the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. The one exception is our 8 person and larger dining tables, which are currently available in Metro Vancouver only.

Lead times

All of our furniture is made to order in our Vancouver workshop. Most pieces ship within 4–6 weeks. Dining tables and custom pieces take 6–8 weeks. Wood samples ship within 2–3 days.

How it arrives

Most pieces ship by UPS or Canada Post and arrive like any other package, so you don't need to be home. If you'd like a signature on delivery, leave a note when you order.

Metro Vancouver

In Metro Vancouver, we deliver and assemble every piece for free, at a time that suits you.

White glove delivery

Outside Metro Vancouver, white glove delivery is available at extra cost. The price depends on the piece and your address, please email us for a quote.

Delivery dates

We can't promise a specific delivery date, but we can make sure your order doesn't arrive while you're away. Leave a note when you order or email us.
