We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our solid wood furniture. Every piece is built to last, and we’re proud to offer a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use. If a covered defect is found, Omba will, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected piece.

What’s Not Covered

Because of the natural characteristics of solid wood, the following are not considered defects and are not covered under this warranty:

• Natural variations in grain, knots, and color

• Hairline cracks, slight movement, or minor warping caused by normal changes in temperature or humidity

• Damage resulting from neglect, misuse, water exposure, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or finish fading over time

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your furniture has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@ombahome.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll review your claim and respond promptly.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover commercial use.
