Can I customize your tables
Yes, you're welcome to customize the dimensions of any of our tables:
Can I order wood samples?
Yes, please request one here
What kind of assembly is required?
You'll need to attach the legs to your tabletop, we provide everything you need and it should take no more than 10 minutes
Can I see your tables in person?
You're welcome to visit our Vancouver workshop, near Triumph and Victoria, to see any piece we're working on.

Shipping
When will my table arrive?
We build all of our tables by hand in Vancouver and deliver them within 4 - 8 weeks depending on the size of the table
Do you ship to the US?
Yes, we offer free shipping to the United States and Canada on all of our furniture
Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
No, we use UPS and Canada Post so the console table will be delivered just like any other package you might receive
What if I want to be home to accept delivery?
Please leave us a note when placing your order and we will indicate that a signature is required to deliver your console table
Do I need to book my elevator?
You should not need to book your elevator as we use UPS and Canada Post for most of our deliveries, please reach out if you'd like to discuss your specific order though
Table construction
Where are the tables built?
All of our pieces, including our tables, are made in our North Vancouver workshop
Is there any MDF or plywood in the tables?
We only use solid wood, there is no MDF, plywood or otherwise veneered wood in the tabletop or legs of any of our tables
What kind of finish is used?
We use Rubio Monocoat, a natural hardwax oil finish that offers protection without VOCs. It is Food Contact Compliant and Greenguard Certified. You can find more information on Rubio Monocoat's certifications here.
Is the finish safe for pets and children?
Yes, we use a non-toxic finish that is food safe and has 0% VOCs, more information on the finish and its certifications.
Are any chemicals used in the construction?
No, our tables are built with solid wood then finished with a natural hard wax oil that is non-toxic and VOC free. Furthermore, we don't use any plastic in our construction or packaging.
Is the tabletop grain matched?
Yes, we strive to grain match as best as possible though please note that every piece of wood is unique and therefore uniformity is not guaranteed.
Is the wood kiln dried?
Yes, the wood in all of our furniture is kiln dried
Maintenance
How should I clean the table?
Wipe up spills with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners—use mild soap and water if needed.
How heat resistant is the table top?
Moderately heat resistant, but not heatproof. We advise using trivets or pads for hot dishes.
Can the table be in direct sunlight?
Constant direct sun exposure will change the colour of the wood but not the integrity of the table itself.
Can the table be refinished?
Yes the finish we use (Rubio Monocoat) is intended to make any repairs simple: lightly sand and reapply oil to worn areas if needed
